First of all, we should look back in our lives and evaluate what we do at work and at home. Being overweight usually goes hand in hand with a calm life. We should sincerely determine how often we move or do not move. In order to lose weight, we should exercise regularly every day or at least 3 days a week. Our exercise duration should vary between 30-45 minutes.

We may have trouble exercising indoors due to illnesses, but we can take brisk walks in parks and on suitable routes. We should gradually increase our pace weekly. The aim of the exercises is to increase our heart rate. We are very active at work, taking ten thousand steps does not mean that we are exercising. It will take time for our body to adapt to regular exercise.

We should also change our daily activities while doing our exercises. We should now use the stairs instead of the elevator. We should get off the bus or minibus a few stops before we reach our destination. We should park our car farthest away in places like shopping malls. These may leave us out of breath at first, but we will feel better in time.

After entering the house, we should eat our dinner before 18:00, especially not to eat late at night. We should not spend more than 2 hours in front of the TV and we should not snack while watching. Especially reducing the time spent in front of the TV will be a good example for our children.
